Most engagements move in stages. The free Audit takes 5 business days: a 45-minute working session, then a short findings summary. The roadmap takes about a week, and most builds take 2 to 8 weeks depending on scope.
Just a conversation. Tell us what's slowing your business down and bring someone who can make decisions. In the Audit, we'll ask about the tools you use and how work moves through your team.
We pick the right tool for the job. Typically that means Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI for the AI itself, n8n to connect your systems and run workflows, and Salesforce, AWS, and Node.js depending on where your systems already live.
AI and API usage is billed separately, passed through at provider cost with no markup. Our fees cover the design, build, and ongoing support, and the Audit is free, so you always know what you're paying for the work versus the usage.
