Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
D'HUB Integrated Technologies Ltd ("D'HUB", "we", "us", or "our") is based in Lagos, Nigeria. We help growing businesses find what to automate and build the AI and automation systems to do it. This policy explains what personal information we collect through dhubtechnologies.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.
We try to keep this policy short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us at business@dhubtechnologies.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on the Site to request your free AI & Operations Audit or to contact us, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your company name and, if you choose to give it, your company size;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it; and
- whatever you write in the "What's slowing your business down?" box.
If you book a time through our scheduling page, the scheduling provider (see section 4) collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, and chosen time. If you email or call us, we keep the details you share with us in that conversation.
Please do not include sensitive information in forms or emails, such as government ID numbers, payment card details, passwords, or health information. We do not need them to run your Audit.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. It collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, your approximate location (country or city level), your device and browser type, and an online identifier stored in a cookie. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our ads perform. It records actions such as visiting a page, submitting our form, booking a call, or clicking our email or phone links, and sets cookies (for example _fbp) to recognise your browser.
When you submit our form and allow tracking, we also send Meta a record of that enquiry from our server (Meta's Conversions API). It includes your email, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, your IP address, browser details and Meta cookie IDs, so Meta can match it to its users and tell us whether our ads led to enquiries. We do not send what you write in the message box. If you reject cookies, none of this is sent.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and to keep the Site running. It also tells us which country your IP address is in, so we can show prices in the right currency. We do not store that country with anything that identifies you.
2. How we use your information
| What we do | Why we are allowed to (legal basis) |
|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry, schedule and run your Audit, and send you the findings summary | To take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries |
| Follow up about your Audit or a proposal for a build that we think fits your needs | Our legitimate interest in running our business, and your consent where the law requires it |
| Understand how the Site is used and improve it | Our legitimate interest in improving our services, and your consent to analytics cookies where the law requires it |
| Measure how our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform | Your consent where the law requires it, and otherwise our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising |
| Keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse | Our legitimate interest in protecting the Site and our business |
| Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations | Legal obligation |
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means.
3. Cookies and analytics
If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or Nigeria, we ask for your consent before using analytics or advertising cookies, and nothing is set until you accept. Elsewhere these cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We also use two small cookies that the Site needs to work: one remembers your cookie choice, and one tells the Site which country you are browsing from so it can apply the right rules. They do not identify you.
The Site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies (for example _ga) to tell visitors apart and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where the Site shows a Trustpilot review widget, Trustpilot may also set its own cookies, as described in its privacy policy. The Site works normally without cookies. The savings calculator on the Site runs in your browser, and the numbers you enter are not sent to us. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) only after you allow tracking. You can also manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
4. Who we share your information with
We only share personal information with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:
- Google: email (we receive form submissions in our business inbox) and Google Analytics.
- Meta: the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram, if you allow tracking.
- Vercel: hosting and delivery of the Site.
- Calendly: scheduling, if you book a time with us.
- Trustpilot: reviews, if you choose to leave us a review or use the Trustpilot review widget on the Site.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others. If D'HUB is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that deal, and we will tell you if your information becomes subject to a different policy.
The Site links to other websites, including HiveMatch (our hiring platform) and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
5. International transfers
We are based in Nigeria and work with clients in the US, the UK, Canada, and elsewhere. Our providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on safeguards recognised by the laws that apply, such as the standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections that our providers offer.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. In general:
- enquiries and Audit details are kept while we are talking with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner;
- records of clients we have worked with are kept for as long as the work continues and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting, and legal rules require; and
- analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics settings.
7. How we protect your information
The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent to our business email, and access to that inbox and to our hosting and analytics accounts is limited to people who need it and protected with strong authentication. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict, or object to, how we use your information;
- ask for your information in a portable format, where the law gives you that right;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it; and
- opt out of marketing messages by using the unsubscribe link or telling us.
To use any of these rights, email business@dhubtechnologies.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we will reply within the time the law allows (usually within one month). You will not be treated unfairly for using your rights.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Nigeria, that is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). If you are in the EU, the UK, Canada, or a US state with a privacy law, you can contact your local regulator. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first, so please contact us.
US state residents. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use Meta's advertising tools to measure our ads, which some US state laws treat as "sharing" for advertising. You can opt out at any time by choosing Reject in "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information as described above.
9. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the Site.
