The Challenge
Sign-ups for webinars needed a confirmation and a series of reminders so people actually turned up, and keeping that going by hand for every registrant was not practical.
Some of the logic needed was more than the CRM could do on its own.
What We Built
We built the registration and follow-up workflow directly in GoHighLevel, with an n8n webhook handling the logic GoHighLevel could not do natively.
How It Works
- A registration form submission starts the workflow.
- The registrant gets an instant confirmation email.
- They are tagged automatically in the CRM.
- Reminders go out 3 days, 2 days and 1 day before the webinar, and again 2 hours before it starts.
- An n8n webhook handles the extra logic the CRM can't do natively.
The Results
- Every registrant is confirmed and reminded on time, automatically.
- No manual follow-up for the team.
- Clean, tagged contact records ready for nurture after the event.
